? As simple as this is— it’s very hard to apply at times. Find something or someone that keeps you accountable to these things (working hard, staying consistent, and being patient). Whether it be a family member, partner, friend, developing a schedule, setting alarms, setting goals, etc— find a way to make this quote happen!!!
?And always find a way to self applaud!! YOU can be your biggest positive supporter or your toughest negative critic.
